The Building Façade and Streetscape Enhancement Program provides funds to eligible commercial or residential buildings for exterior repairs and improvements in downtown, high traffic, and historic areas. Projects in historic districts must comply with State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) guidelines. 
The Small Business Entrepreneurship Grant and Technical Assistance Program (SBETA) includes Small Business Grants and Technical Assistance. It supports small businesses and entrepreneurs with recovery grants and assistance to overcome economic challenges from the 2017 storms.
