Federal programs often require local governments to share project costs, known as a “local match.” The Territory will ensure each project eligible for the Local Match Federal Disaster Relief Program aligns with CDBG-DR activities, meets national objectives, and connects directly to the disaster. Funds will be paid to governmental agencies or eligible organizations for approved projects.
