Training Announced for VIHFA Vendors, Sub-Recipients on Grants and Payment Tracking System

U.S. Virgin Islands – Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) Interim Executive Director Dayna Clendinen is announcing the launch of a new grant management software solution, called EM Grants Manager, for the purpose of managing CDBG DR grants and offering vendors and sub-recipients real-time access to tracking payments.

EM Grants Manager is a web-based grant management system, accessible at Subrecipients can use the system to communicate with the VIHFA team, view a history of past communication, submit requests for reimbursement and to find the status of any requests submitted.

Training dates have been set for the new software and is vital for vendors and subrecipients to attend as it will cover the following key topics:

– System Navigation: how to move through the Grant Management system and how to access desired information and tools

– System Communication: how to send and how to access notifications throughout the system

– Reimbursement Requests: How to submit a request for reimbursement and how to track the status of requests and payments

– Reports: How to compile, filter, sort, and export key data- System Support: How to access user guides and submit support tickets

– System Access: When the system will be available for subrecipient users and how to login.

Vendors and subrecipients should plan to attend one of the following training sessions:
