The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (“VIFHA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or Attorneys to provide legal services for the administration of the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) Program and other legal matters as needed for the VIHFA.
