General Construction Contractors RFQ

Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (“VIHFA” or “Authority”) is seeking highly skilled general contractors to perform rehabilitation, demolition, reconstruction, mitigation, elevation and new construction of residential structures damaged by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. The work must be completed in compliance with all federal, state and local rules and regulations governing The U. S. Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding and local building codes.
