The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (“VIHFA”) is soliciting proposal from qualified and licensed firms (“Respondents”) to assist in the development and writing of an Electrical Power Grid Action Plan & Amendments for the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) Program.
