The Department of Public Works (DPW) is soliciting proposals from qualified A/E firms for Design Services for Improvements to Donoe Bypass, Project No. VI-9999(141) St. Thomas, USVI. The Scope of Services (SOS) under this contract will include providing personnel and equipment for land survey and mapping services and for the design services to upgrade and improve drainage on Hwy 39 and 40 of what is known as Donoe Bypass on St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. Design should include evaluation of current drainage infrastructure, alternatives to address storm water runoff and to underground all electrical infrastructure in the project area. Payment for these services will be based on a negotiated Lump Sum amount for each itemized task.
