The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (“USVIEDA”) is seeking proposals from highly qualified consulting firms to assist the Virgin Islands of the United States (“U.S. Virgin Islands”, “USVI” or “Territory”) in its efforts to promote economic growth, job creation, and wealth generation. A consultant is needed to develop a transformative 20-year economic development plan and complete a target competitive industry analysis by January 15, 2021.
