The Project consists of installing conventional proven technology with a power generating capacity of 36-40 megawatts (MW) in four (4) incremental blocks of 9-10 MW each and a 9MW/18Mwh Battery Energy Storage at the Randolph Harley Power Plant in Krum Bay, St. Thomas.
