Overview

Magens Junction Apartments, Phase 2, includes 60 new construction apartments contained in a nine-story building with ground floor amenity space. The building will  be served by two high efficiency KONE elevators. The unit mix includes 30 one- bedroom/one-bath apartments and 30 two-bedroom/two-bath apartments.

The development is financed with Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity and  Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery funding. Magens Junction  is income and rent restricted in compliance with the federal low-income housing tax credit program, providing homes for 60 Virgin Islands families.

Property Design Features & Amenities

•Each unit has convenient parking available near the building

•All apartments have a large balcony

•All apartments feature: ceramic tile floors & showers, ceiling fans in each bedroom  and living room, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer & dryer hookups, and a  dual kitchen sink. All windows, including sliding glass doors are impact rated for  windstorms, meeting the Miami-Dade Code.

•Building is energy independent microgrid which uses high efficiency, low-emission microturbine generators, solar panels and battery storage.
